Application procedure
Interested in working at Zuyd? There are two ways to let us know you would like to be our new colleague:
• by registering for a job vacancy.
• by sending an open letter of application.
In both cases, you register by entering your personal details and uploading your CV. If you are applying for a specific job vacancy, please enter your reasons for applying.
Registering
After entering your personal data, an account will be opened for you and you will receive your login information by e-mail. This information will be saved in our system, where you can review it and ensure it's up to date. We store your account information for a period of one year. Before the end of that period, we will ask whether we may retain your information for a longer period.
You have applied for a vacancy. What happens now?
When you apply for a vacancy, you will be notified of the status of your application within two weeks of the closing date. The selection committee will then evaluate all applicants and choose a number of them to invite for an interview.
If the selection committee is of the opinion that an assessment is required, Zuyd will cover any costs of the assessment. If you were interviewed for the vacancy and ultimately rejected, reasons for your rejection will be provided. If you are offered the position and accept, you will be invited for a meeting with one of our HR employees to discuss terms of employment.

You sent an open application
If you want to work for Zuyd but there is no open or applicable vacancy, feel free to send an open letter of application by registering. Once your information is in our system, you will be notified as soon as a vacancy that fits your profile opens. We also run regular checks to look for matches between existing accounts and new vacancies. Please fill in as much information as possible, so that we can ensure vacancies are relevant for you
